I needed a way to sort dynamically in a Reporting Services report today. Google was kind enough to provide me with a sample which did exactly that on GotDotNet. Head on over to the Dynamic Sorting Sample.

Also I found a pretty interesting set of links pertaining to Reporting Services during my search. Go have a look at those at Reporting Services - Links on Ohad's WebLog.

Thanks, it was very helpful.

Any ideas on how to pass parameters FROM SQL Report TO a ASP.Net page.
Say for ex: want to pass a report field value on click of that filed, to
a ASP.Net page.

Thanx

If you can find some way to generate a link to an ASP.NET page I can't see why you souldn't be able to add the parameter to that particular link. If on the other hand the problem is making an actual link I can't see how you would get around that.
